We asked friends if they could suggest a reliable plumber that might come to Port Renfrew a.s.a.p. as our situation was pretty severe. This was on Family Day. Mike Menard was named above a few others. Mike was quick to respond and drove out within a couple hours to lend his expertise. We were deep into the problem doing all we could from our end. Not enough. CRD would need to be called as the "plug" was soon to be determined to be on their end. A pipe-camera was required to prove it. Mike never got excited, stayed calm throughout and worked hard to help solve this problem. A few trips were made and within days our drains were working. The cost was not exceptional but payments were made in 3 installments. A great guy! A great job! 5 Stars from Port Renfrew!
